How to make complaints - odor, night lighting, noise
* To make a complaint to the County of Santa Barbara for cannabis odors or other issues, click here.
Remember that you must give the address of the offending Commercial Cannabis project. While this can be hard to know, giving the County the address where you smelled the odor will help them identify the problem.
If the problem(s) remain unaddressed, we recommend sending an email describing the situation and actions to date to:
--Brittany Heaton, Principal Analyst for Cannabis (brheaton@countyofsb.org)
--Lisa Plowman, Planning Director (lplowman@countyofsb.org), 805-568-2000.
--You can cc Concerned Carpinterians at concernedcarpinterians@gmail.com.
